Day 17: Marvel

In Catholic Churches around the world today, this is the psalm that will be recited: “Remember the marvels the Lord has done.”

This day, take 10-minutes and recount the marvels, the miracles, the Lord has done in your life.

Count the people who loved you. Send a prayer of gratitude their way.

Do not take for granted your physical abilities (e.g. breathing, movements, senses), and your challenges that have become some of your greatest teachers.

Recall those “God moments” when it felt as if you could touch the divine. Return to that place and time and feel again what you felt then.

Remember all the broken roads that led you to unexpected gifts, and all the ways God surprised you and exceeded your imagination.

Today, give ten minutes to be grateful for all that was and is, and trust that just like before, God will continue to reveal the marvels of this world and the next.
