Day 9: Breathe

How was your day?

Did you breathe?

Of course you did. The average person takes between 17,280 and 23,040 breaths a day.

But did you breathe?

Did you take time to really breathe, to allow yourself to feel the divine in the air? Did you release your troubles with the intentional breath out to heal, to move on?

As you read this, take some breaths.

Breathe in what you need and breathe out what you can let go.
